After moving to West Yorkshire in 1996 I soon picked up the bug for house moving and the many processes involved in securing a successful house sale and move for clients.

I joined Linley & Simpson in 2015 after working in the York and Leeds areas gaining over 16 years' worth of sales experience from sales manager to valuer with leading York and Yorkshire estate agents.

I am delighted to be part of Linley & Simpson Sales Agents in North Leeds, a highly successful Yorkshire based agency, and to be heading up the North Leeds Sales team who pride themselves on excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers, providing a first class service.

Leeds is a vibrant and diverse city, with a wealth of history, architecture and attractions, this is reflected in the diverse range of properties we sell from exclusive family home to fantastic first time buyer homes.

Branch Manager

I started with Linley and Simpson in 2011 as Saturday support and holiday cover at our Horsforth Branch. Since then I have progressed from Apprentice Lettings consultant to Branch Manager, and during my time with the company I have become both ARLA qualified, and have completed an NVQ in residential lettings and management.

During the last 10 years, I have worked in various roles including front desk, property management, senior lettings negotiator and lettings manager, all based at our Horsforth office. In February 2019 I was offered the role of Branch Manager at our new Pudsey Branch. This was the biggest challenge I have had to overcome so far, as two companies merged together to form our successful Pudsey Branch. Most recently, in November 2020, I was appointed Senior Branch Manager and now oversee both the Horsforth and the Pudsey Branches. We currently manage over 1300 properties across the two offices, and I am excited to watch it expand over the years.
